Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 Days after placing the order.
  • However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Returns:

  • We accept return requests of undamaged jewelry within 2 Days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please note that some items, such as custom-made pieces or engraved jewelry, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Please note that we will be happy to assist you once we have verified the damage or defect ourselves. This verification process may involve requesting pictures of the damage or a brief description of the defect.

  • A replacement item (subject to availability).

We recommend taking pictures of the damaged or defective items upon receipt for your reference and to expedite the verification process.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Your refund will be processed within 9-15 business days and credited to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
